We all want that “special love” in our life. There are millions of books written explaining  how to find the perfect partner, what to say, and how to keep that them in our life. Billions of dollars are made on match maker sites. The pressure to have a loving partner is incredible. No wonder there is so much anxiety in the world today!! It doesn’t have to be that way.

Love comes from within and starts in you. We all have love in us, I promise you this is true. It might be buried, but it is there. Remember when you were a child, how you loved to play, learn, laugh, be silly and explore? Those were things you loved. When you are feeling love you will attract love.

Think about what you love to do, or what you use to love to do. Make a list of things. It doesn’t matter how silly they might sound or be, put them on the list. Try one a time.

This is a picture when I took a walk in a state park (for free) . As I walked in silence alone I saw a red tail hawk hanging out on a branch less the 15 feet away. I loved that.

Challenge yourself this week to try something different. Tune into the loving feeling around you.
